Construction will equal or exceed the highest quality industry standards. If you find any discrepancy in fabrication, notify us within 30 days and we will promptly repair or remake the window treatment to your total satisfaction.

A 10-Year Performance Assurance
We promise that your recommended window fashions purchased from us will provide long-term performance in use and will withstand sun fading, atmospheric deterioration, rotting, and all forms of failure of performance in normal use for which this assurance is intended. If your recommended custom window product should fail to perform as intended within 10 years of the installation date, we will repair it correctly, or allow full prorated credit for unused time** toward the purchase of a replacement product of your choice.
We know how valuable your time is to you and your family. That’s why we will be on time or award you a Gift Certificate. Your Exciting Windows! Consultant : We guarantee that your consultant will arrive at your home on time or within one hour of the appointment time scheduled. Your Installation Technician : We guarantee that your installation technician will be at your home on time or within two hours and that you will be notified in the event of any delay.
And for the REALLY amazing part: if for any reason your consultant or installation technician does not arrive on time as scheduled, you will receive a $25 Gift Certificate and our sincere apology.
**10-Year Performance warranties are provided by an independent retailer offering Exciting Windows! brand shop-at-home service. Your specific retailer’s name and address are on the back panel of this brochure. Example, if your window coverings product should fail in four years: we will issue credit for the unfilled time on your warranty, in this case, six years. In this example, you would receive a credit of 6/10 of your purchase price on the failed product. While we will issue a credit to replace your entire product, the attendant cords, lift systems, motorization/automation, etc. will be repaired according to the manufacturer warranty. While we do not provide cash refunds, you may use your credit on any replacement window product we sell. A reinstallation or service call fee may apply.
