Room of the Month – August 2016

It all started a few years ago when Win went to a church breakfast and Wilma at Sensational SEAMS was the speaker. Win said that they were all quite impressed and were all admiring her work.
Sensational Solutions:
They had a window above their sliding doors and they had wanted to keep out the sun but not interfere with the doors. An intricate floral fabric was chosen to create the valance. The tassels added the right amount of flair to highlight the fabric and fit well within the room. Sensational SEAMS made a table runner in the same fabric to bring it into the room and create an exquisite look.
The entrance also had windows above that were very bright. The light was softened with valances that were made with lightly textured fabrics with a gentle wave. This added a delicate appearance.
The living room had potential for full interior design. We chose lovely colours for the drapery as well as a banding on the top and bottom. The colours were then brought into the room in the new area rug, the new furniture and floor plan design, and custom cushions that brought the colours throughout the main level, all together.
