After being impressed with her work 20 years ago, they were excited to call Wilma back for this new project!

Sensational Solutions:

This great room had a transformation 20 years ago, and was ready for another. As the room faces North and has six large windows, insulation was a priority. To cool the room in the summer, and assist in retaining the heat in the winter, was important and achievable with window coverings. They also wanted to keep it open and airy. 

“Years ago when the window treatments were created for the front room, Wilma installed two California [Hunter Douglas] shutters in our master bedroom. I wondered if they would be suitable for the great room,” wrote Gary and Cindy. 

The Hunter Douglas shutters were an excellent choice for the room as they brought the quality of insulating the room, as well as giving the light and airy appearance with the beautiful white. What an exciting change and privilege to work with them again to achieve their dreams for their home!
