1. How did you find out about Sensational SEAMS?
   We were searching online for a company to install new drapes and blinds in our previous home. We just happened to come across the Sensational SEAMS website. After reviewing all the home projects they had completed and the reviews we decided to meet with Wilma

   After the first meeting with Wilma and the exceptional workmanship, she is the only consultant trusted to provide the high level of service expected.
3. Why did you trust Sensational SEAMS to solve your design problem?
   Wilma is an expert in window treatment designs. In our previous home and our current home Wilma had great ideas and for the home consultation brings along with a whole array of different fabrics/blind samples to choose from. There was never any pressure to purchase, which is a nice change from pressured sales. She spends all the time needed to ensure you are happy with the design and fabrics/materials chosen. Sensational Seams completed work is impeccable and of the highest quality in terms of materials and installation.
4. Describe the most challenging window or area in your home that needed attention.
   In our previous home it was a 10’ bay window that Wilma designed with drapes and blinds. In our new home Wilma designed drapes and blinds for several windows and patio doors. Our home faces east and west so it was important that treatments chosen provided UV protection to protect our furniture and hardwood floors from the sun.
5. What solutions were provided for your home?
   For both homes drapes and blinds were designed that completely transformed the rooms.
6. Describe how you felt when the installation was complete:
   It is always exciting to see the completed project because rooms are transformed beyond expectations. The home becomes a different home. Surprising how the correct window treatments enhances your home.
7. What does this new look mean to you and how has it changed the way you view your home?
   Both homes especially our new home, took on new individual designs that made windows and rooms look larger. The drapes were designed to attract your eyes upwards making the ceiling look higher. The floor to ceiling drapes added a regal touch to the rooms and made windows appear much larger. Several different blind treatments have been chosen between the two homes, each of exceptional quality and ease of operation that complimented the windows.
8. What is it that you loved most about working with Sensational SEAMS?
   Wilma is fabulous to work with and goes out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction. This kind of customer service and pride in workmanship is a rarity. Having witnessed this, Wilma is the only consultant we trust.

   From the first consultation to installation, Wilma offers a level of service that reflects her expertise and commitment to her clients. Having never heard of Sensational Seams and only coming across them on the internet during our search, we were skeptical. However, the first consultation eliminated all the apprehension that we had and we didn’t invite any other company to provide design ideas and quotes. Sensational Seams has been the only company we have used from our first project to our current and all simply from an internet search and reviewing comments from other clients

Going through fabric books is fun for her, and arriving at the perfect solution is so rewarding. She is so considerate of my time, opinion and expertise, and we always share lots of laughs and stories along the way. The view out their windows into the backyard bird feeders and gardens, and ability to keep an eye on their cat Charlie is number one priority so selecting window treatments that would not block the view was crucial. We played on the colour of the fireplace brick to bring the rest of the windows up to scale using dominating contrast fabric for the drapery panels. Now the living and dining rooms flow with the grand scale of this open concept area while maintaining privacy when needed. The motorized window shade above the garden doors block the harmful UV rays on their dark wood floors, and replacing all the existing wood shades with new HunterDouglas wood shades to cover the top transom windows not only protect the floors from fading, but make a huge difference on the scale of the windows, a transformation Barbara was so impressed with once installation was complete.
